I have a mac 570 with a 115 Yamaha on the back I'm going to put on trademe for sale soon, anybody here interested ?
It came from Fiordland, it was a glacier watch boat, in survey and hadnt been used for a few years, I got it about a year ago and set it up for the sea, raised the motor, reset the helm, took the seats out, few things.
It didnt have a trailer which wasnt a hassle as I have had it parked up over here at Motungarara.
I recently purchased a grouse trailer for it and will be taking it over to the mainland in the next month (if the weather ever comes right lol) and get it set up on the trailer.
It owes me a bit over $14k, but I am open to offers.
If there's some interest I will get a pic or two up.
I mucked around with a few props and found a 21pitch works well.
IMO it could do with a permatrim and hydraulic steering, and I reckon the helm would be better towards the rear for hammering through big seas more comfortably.
The motor is a 2000 and runs smooth as, heaps of grunt, it probably spent much of its life putting around the glaciers with a dozen or so people on it and getting regular services.
The hulls bright yellow, open, centre console, good ropes, anchor, 2 20litre totes.
Fairly minimalistic and uncluttered, be mint for diving, netting etc, prob do with a few rod holders for fishing.

I'm selling it as I have a couple of other boats and ones got to go, this is the hardest for us to drag up over here so it drew the short straw.
As well as being unsinkable polyethylene, which is pretty much bullet proof, its full of foam.
Its got a New battery and a bilge pump, plus an auto bilge switch to be wired.
I've run heaps of wires through to the helm for future wiring if wanting to set up lights, spots etc.
Its as strong as a bunker !

I also have a 1980 Bedford high roof LWB camper I'm getting ready to sell.
It has been set up pro, prob a factory job, bed, table, fridge, cooker, elec water, shower, awning, toilet etc.
173 holden and Trimatic, runs nice, has old school mags, twin doors at rear, water holding tanks etc, it had an elec warrant and self containment cert I think, the wofs due about Jan 2015 but if my mechanics got time I've asked him to throw it through a wof, I think i would have done a couple hundy kms since the last.
Its white, parked up down Kapiti road opposite the golf course usually.
I'm selling as I just dont use it at the moment and cant park it over here lol.
It owes me around $6500, open to offers.
The reg was on hold, think it need re holding or some reg putting on.
Having a sniff around trademe something similar looks to be $10k up ?
I'm keen to sell the van and Boat, getting over to the mainland and doing pics and stuffs a lil hassle for me out here so theyre here first
