Fishing Up Date

Bit quite as of late - being very busy with the business side of things,

Shot down to Ocean beach last week end- a few gurnard and yakkas, no rig to many lice around at night,
Caught a king off the rocks 3 weeks ago (local) so they are around, Wgtn has been on fire in certain areas- snapper,tics,yakkas and a few others species.
Moki are around in very big numbers so its a good time of year to target them.
Snapper off the shore well thats a different story the season has been very late,will the water temp up high the fish will be out deep breading so mid feb they should be in close.

thanks for the update !
Kingfish and Tuna have been plentiful out at Kapiti last month or so, the snapper have been biting down the south end I'm told.
lots of small kahawai during the xmas new year time and some really big guys are about now
